My hobbies include reading good science fiction (and not only) in Russian and English, riding bicycle, listening to the Beatles and Russian rock music, playing some guitar (when nobody can hear it) and more depending on my mood. :-)

My favorite book is "The Master and Margarita" by Mikhail Bulgakov. You could probably guess it by the quotation on my home page. Once I hit upon the English translation of this book and found out that it was very good. So even if you can't read in Russian, the English version is still worth reading.

Here are the pictures of my pets. The dog's name is Ryzhik, which can be translated into English as Red. The picture here is not good enough in showing his actual color. The cat's name is Kisa, which will probably sound in English as Kittie or something like that.

Ryzhik and Kisa get along very well with each other. When Ryzhik is outside and Kisa thinks it's time for him to come back, she jumps to the window and looks for him. When he comes and starts barking so we can open the door, the cat runs to the door first to meet him.
